Dear Carolyn
I have a problem with game addiction and was wandering if you could help me stop this addiction.
It started when my friend Sam left so I had nobody to hangout with,so I started playing video games to keep me companie and it grew from there.I could be In serious trouble can you help.

You should meet new people and get to hangout with new people,or find a hobby to keep you busy.This should stop you from playing games all the time,but it's ok to play the games but not all the time.This should keep you away from gaming and I wish you the best of luck
