Dear Carolyn: I have a serious problem with neuro addiction. I try my hardest to stop gaming but, I just can't. Any ideas to help stop this addiction?

Dear Neuro Addicted: Game addiction is a serious problem but, there are a few ways to help fight it.
1. Spend your time doing something else, like playing outside, hanging out with your friends, etc.
2. Throw out all your gaming devices. This seems quite extreme but, addiction is a very serious thing.
3. If tips 1 or 2 didn't work then I would suggest admitting yourself to an addiction hospital. Best wishes.
