Flowering tree in the neighbors yard with the golden hour light making the saying even truer; The grass is always greener on the other side.

Palm tree with fresh seed pods glowing in warmth from the last bit of golden hour light.

Looking at this photo makes me feel the warmth like I'm there.

These were photographed with the Nikon FM2n film camera using the Nikkor 105mm f/2.5 lens on Kodak Vision3 5207 movie film stock as still photography.

It's always a blue sky day

Purple streetlight light trails on Kodak Vision3 5207 film.

Past couple years I've noticed some street lights turning purple. I'm not sure what that's all about but it does add a new color to my long exposure street light trails.

Difference of a day

I noticed this mushroom pop out. It's about 3 inches high.

Then a day later the top flattened out.

The benefits of bulk loading my own film is that I get the same 'first of the roll' effect on the 'last of the roll' shot. Since I have to manually attach the film to the canister that last part gets pre-exposed to light.

White wing doves are very smart and have much bigger heads than most birds in my backyard.

I always thought these birds looked like pigeons. But they actually done. I've shot photos of these Doves the in the back yard for years. They looked nice enough.

I never really looked at them thou. I never got very close or cared much.

I had some Kodak Vision3 250D loaded up on my Nikon and slapped on my Nikkor 70-300mm for fun. I finally got a good look. Wow, look at them eyes, I thought. Look and the orange paired with the blue/teal eye ring.

Now that I realize the beauty of the White Winged Dove, that what they are called, I started studying them. I noticed them interacting with other birds and noticed how much smarter they are and their heads is huge in comparison to most other birds in my back yard.
