DINOSAURS: ARE THEY JUST LAND SHARKS?
Just making stuff up. The Daily Mail do it so we thought we'd join in.
A real dinosaur riding a real shark. Legit picture we swear.
Everyone knows that sharks exist. It's also common knowledge that dinosaurs existed once upon a time. But new scientific evidence that I just invented has suggested that there may be a link between sharks and dinosaurs that isn't just to do with their reputation as heartless man-eaters in movies.
Although no actual scientists were involved in this suggestion, you can believe us because we write a newspaper. We don't actually need to research the claims we're putting to you, just believe us. Dinosaurs are just sharks that magically grew legs and left the water.
By studying the fossils of dinosaurs, it's pretty obvious that this is what happened. Dinosaurs and sharks were one and the same.
Amanda Abbington, who isn't an expert in sharks or dinosaurs but does voice a dinosaur on a children's show on Cbeebies had this to say.. Ok we've lost her actual quote but she likes sharks and dinosaurs so you know that whatever it was she said to me was a really good quote based in scientific evidence.
Tim, a girl who isn't actually called Tim but gets called that because I say so, said this when asked if dinosaurs were just land sharks.
"Yes".
That's clearly all the evidence you need.
No sharks were available for comment.
