Basketball Universe will be partnering with

Phenom Basketball

BUA will be working with Phenom's regional director, Joey Valesquez, to evaluate talent in the academy. As the central section regional director for Phenom, Joey's focus is to increase the amount of exposure given to the young basketball talent in the valley. BUA's year round developmental leagues will contribute by working with Joey and Phenom basketball to evaluate the yearly talent in the program. Each year BUA participants will be chosen to attend the regional Phenom camps in July and August in which they will haven an

Phenom basketball is a youth basketball talent exposure program sponsord by addidas. It's main function is to supply young basketball players with the opportunity to be recruited by colleges all across the nation. Just as the programs at Basketball Universe strive to begin player development at as young of an age as possible, Phenom strives to start the recruiting process for young student athletes as soon as possible as well starting at the 5th grade level.
