PARIS, TEXAS
The camera follows travis walking past a row of cars all in an industral shade of bluish-grey, the cars in the aiport rental lot are all manufactured by different companies, yet they are unified by their bland lack of individuality, crowned by the corporate branding of 'American Airlines'. ironically, despite the same-ness of all the cars, travis is determined to find the same car he and walt arrived in.
BEN STILLER, 26 years old, with his own network television show and his baseball cap on backwards, is between meetings, eating take-out Italian food at the desk of his no-view, back-of-the-building Hollywood production office that is decorated only with an Albert Brooks movie poster and an autographed Bruce Springsteen photo hung right where he can see it.
